Disciple - Inspired by Matthew 28:19-20, we are committed to making disciples of all nations, beginning with our students. As educators, you have the unique opportunity to mentor and disciple young minds, guiding them not just academically but also spiritually, in their walk with Christ.

Educate - Reflecting on Daniel 1:17, where God gave knowledge and understanding of all kinds of literature and learning, we strive to educate our students to the highest standards. Your expertise and passion for your subject can help shape the next generation of knowledgeable, thoughtful Christians.

Love - In all we do, we are guided by the command to do everything in love (1 Corinthians 16:14). We seek educators who are driven by love for their students, their discipline, and Christ, creating a warm, inclusive environment where all students feel valued.

Impart - Following Romans 1:11-12, we believe in the importance of imparting not only knowledge but also spiritual gifts, encouraging mutual faith among our community. Your role will involve imparting wisdom and fostering a space where students and staff can grow in faith together.

Value - Jesus taught us the immense value of each individual (Matthew 10:31). We look for educators who recognize and nurture the unique value of each student, helping them understand their worth in God’s eyes.

Edify - Our goal is to build each other up in accordance with Romans 14:19, fostering an environment of encouragement and edification. As part of our team, you will play a key role in edifying students, colleagues, and the wider community through your words and actions.

Raise - Inspired by 1 Peter 2:9, we aim to raise a generation that proclaims the praises of Him who called us out of darkness into His marvelous light. Educators at our academy are integral to raising students who are confident in their faith and calling.
